Just got back from a one-night stay. Completely enjoyed it. Able to check in 2 hours early. Very nice staff and workers. Could walk to Downtown Disney, which would be good to avoid parking issues. Room was very nice and clean: beds comfortable, great comfy pillows, 2nd sink outside bathroom with makeup mirror. View of Disney fireworks at 10 p.m. Had ice cream downstairs, which was great. Parking not an issue, just go in main entrance rather than through parking gate entrance. After reading MANY negative reviews about other hotels we finally chose this one. We were not disappointed in any way.

We stayed for a week at this hotel April 2-9. We loved it. We normally stay at the Saratoga and I was a little nervous that this would not feel like Disney. We used my husbands Hilton points so our room was free. We were upgraded to a room with an awesome view of Downtown Disney. Our room also included breakfast. The hotel was clean and all of the staff was very friendly. We often walked across the street to Downtown Disney to get the Disney buses to the resorts if we had dinner reservations. A couple of times we walked to the Saratoga #40which takes 10 minutes#41 to get the Disney buses to the parks. I would stay here again anytime because I love being so close to Downtown Disney.

Better off at a REAL Disney resort

The busses that are used for the guests are shared by multiple hotels so it takes more time to go to where everyou want to go than it would if you would take your own vehicle. After leaving the magic kingdom the bus was completely full and it had stopped at wide world of sports and animal kingdom. We left the magic kingdom at 8:00pm so the animal kingdom closes at 6pm so there is no point to make a stop at the animal kingdom? Disney busses only go to there perspective hotels so if you are staying at the all star then you will only be going to the allstar resorts. If you stay at a real disney resort you get to park at all disney parks for free. The resort charges a parking fee even if you park yourself which the disney resorts do not do. For the money, if you add the almost $15 extra for parking and the extra $$$ to use the hotel safe then you end up spending what you would at a mid level Disney hotel then just the lower priced Disney All Star resort.

Although this hotel is walking distance from downtown Disney and close to the parks, it took 45 minutes by bus to get to Magic Kingdom which is 10 minutes away. Cleaniness is mediocre at best and the $* per night parking fee is ridiculous. Was not impressed with this establishment at all.
